NURSING HOME CARE

The Health Care Center at Cedarfield in Richmond, VA is a licensed nursing home setting that provides long-term and short-term nursing care 24 hours a day. Our center has 58 furnished private rooms with full baths as well as 2 semi-private rooms. Residents, however, are encouraged to bring their own furnishings, personal items and decorations to give their space a feeling of "home."

Beautiful common areas include a library, two dining rooms, and a great room which provides opportunities for socializing and daily activities. Just like assisted living, residents enjoy all the amenities that Cedarfield has to offer, along with an activity schedule created just for them. (link to Health Care Calendar.)

Cedarfield is not a participating Medicare health provider which means Medicare benefits will not cover any part of the monthly fee for your stay in Health Services.

(Note: Physicians, rehabilitation services, and medications will be billed through these contract service agencies who are participating providers of Medicare.)
