As with most Lifecare communities, The Hermitage at Cedarfield
residents pay a one-time Entrance Fee and a regular monthly
fee. Residents who meet the health/functional criteria and financial
qualifications are considered Lifecare residents.
Traditional Declining Refund Plan
This plan provides a potential refund upon termination of the Residency
Agreement. The amount of the refund declines during occupancy
at a rate of 2% every month of residency. After 49 months,
the refund reaches zero.
In the event of death, the Entrance Fee refund is payable
only during the first 12 months of residency.
