ACCREDITATION
Cedarfield is fully accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC/CARF) and EAGLE Accreditation (Educational Assessment Guidelines Leading Toward Excellence) of the United Methodist Association. The community achieved its first accreditation in 1998; in 2008, Cedarfield completed the guidelines for re-accreditation for a third time.
Accreditation is the most effective means of assessing a community's services to its residents, as well as its future residents, employees, and surrounding community. Communities that choose to participate in this process ensure a commitment to a continuous process for quality improvement and conformance to the highest standards in place for our industry.
Additionally, accreditation assists the consumer in identifying communities that are effectively carrying out their mission and are, in fact, providing the services stated in their advertising and promotional materials.
